1) Service Overview
Another Chicago Wedding provides curated micro wedding packages in Chicago. Packages may include venue access, licensed officiant coordination, photography, ceremony styling, music setup, coordination, and select celebration elements depending on the package selected.
2) Packages & Inclusions
- Package inclusions are based on the package selected and the written confirmation provided before booking.
- Guest count limits, venue access time, photography coverage, styling, and coordination levels vary by package.
- Packages are intentionally designed to be simple and productized. Optional enhancements may be available, but not all requests can be accommodated.
3) Consultations & Booking
- A consultation or inquiry review does not guarantee date, venue, or vendor availability.
- A date is not reserved until required agreements, confirmations, and payments are completed.
- We may decline or recommend changes to a request if the guest count, timing, venue needs, or scope does not fit our package model.
4) Venues & Access
- Packages include access to a curated private Chicago venue or venue option matched to the package, guest count, availability, and preferred atmosphere.
- Final venue options may vary based on availability, date, time, package level, and venue rules.
- Clients and guests must follow all venue rules, including occupancy limits, alcohol policies, food restrictions, noise limits, timing, setup requirements, and cleanup expectations.
5) Pricing & Payment
- Starting prices are shown for general guidance. Final pricing is based on the selected package, date, venue, guest count, enhancements, and confirmed scope.
- Payment schedules, deposits, balances, and due dates will be listed in your booking confirmation or invoice.
- Sales tax, processing fees, venue-related charges, or other applicable charges may apply where required.
6) Changes, Reschedules & Cancellations
- Changes requested after booking may affect pricing, venue availability, vendor availability, timing, and package scope.
- Reschedules are subject to venue and vendor availability and may result in additional fees.
- Cancellation terms, refund eligibility, and retained fees will be governed by your booking confirmation, invoice, or agreement.
7) Optional Enhancements
Optional enhancements may include additional photography, videography, floral upgrades, decor enhancements, champagne service, light appetizer reception, dessert service, private dining coordination, or additional venue time. Availability, pricing, and feasibility vary by date, venue, package, and vendor capacity.
8) Client Responsibilities
- Couples are responsible for obtaining any required Illinois marriage license before the ceremony.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate guest counts, timing needs, contact information, and any relevant accessibility or guest considerations.
- Clients and guests are expected to behave respectfully toward venues, vendors, staff, and property.
9) Photos & Marketing
We may photograph or request photos of completed setups, venue spaces, details, or wedding moments for records, portfolio, and marketing purposes. If you prefer that we do not use identifiable photos of you or your guests in marketing, please tell us in writing.
10) Third-Party Vendors
Some services may be provided by independent venues, photographers, officiants, florists, caterers, or other vendors. We coordinate package elements with care, but third-party vendors may have their own terms, rules, availability, policies, and limitations.
11) Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided with reasonable care and skill. Except as expressly stated in writing, we provide services “as available” and disclaim other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable package or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
13) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your guests’ conduct, venue rule violations, or misuse of services or property.
14) Communications Phone, SMS & Email
By submitting our form, you consent to receive wedding-related communications by phone, text, and/or email. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
15) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Illinois law. Venue lies in state courts located in Cook County, Illinois, unless otherwise required by law.
16) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted when required.
